HOW TO APPLY

Application Process

Read through all admission requirements carefully. This page is free to view.

Pay the non-refundable application fee of GHS 100 via Paystack (card, mobile money).

After payment, you will gain access to the online application form. Fill it out completely and accurately.

Attach all required documents as listed below. Ensure documents are clear and legible.

Our admissions team will review your application within 5–10 working days. You will receive an email notification.

If accepted, you will receive a formal admission letter via email with class assignment and reporting date.

KG 2	4 – 5 years	Must be 4 by September
Class 1 – 3	5 – 9 years	Placement test may be required
Class 4 – 6	9 – 13 years	Must have previous school report
JHS 1	12 – 14 years	BECE aspirants welcome
JHS 2 – 3	13 – 16 years	Subject to space availability

Birth Certificate

Original or certified copy of the child's birth certificate.

Immunisation Card

Up-to-date immunisation records (Ghana Health Service card).

Previous School Reports

Last 2 years of academic reports from previous school (where applicable).

Passport Photographs

2 recent passport-sized photographs (white background preferred).

Parent/Guardian ID

Copy of national ID, passport, or voter's card of parent/guardian.

Transfer Certificate

Transfer certificate from previous school (for Classes 2–6 and JHS).

Documents should be in PDF or image format. Max file size: 5MB per document. All documents must be clearly legible.

The GHS 100 application fee is non-refundable and must be paid before accessing the application form.
School fees are payable per term. Details will be provided in the admission letter.
All admitted students must wear the approved school uniform from Day 1.
Admission is subject to satisfactory review of all submitted documents.
The school reserves the right to conduct an assessment test for placement purposes.
Islamic dress code (hijab for girls) is required on campus.
Students of all faiths are welcome; Islamic values are central to our school culture.
